Mizuhara Yuuta has always wanted to join the Guns of Phoenix, but Haven Dovewood has always refused him. Yuuta is too young and still wants only to avenge the deaths of his parents and his older brother. One day, all of Yuuta's expectations fly out the window when Dovewood is murdered by his own men. Yuuta runs, fearing for his life and hoping that the mysterious vigilante known as the White Raven will help him.
No Dovewood is murdered, and Yuuta accidentally sees the killers. He ends up at the home of Karasu and Luka, who take him in and agree to help him.
Spider Web Luka travels to Templar and finds himself tangled in a web of lies that are all too comfortable. Meanwhile, Karasu takes Yuuta shopping for guns.
Wounded Horses After a night of fighting crime that took an unexpected and sinister turn, Yuuta reunites with what remains of the Guns of Phoenix. Karasu slowly recoveres from his wounds and vows revenge. Luka gets in deeper with the Templar group.
Fallen Leaves Karasu finds Yuuta with the Guns of Phoenix. Luka finds a friend in Templar. Karasu and Luka make up.
The Hands of a Priest Everything gets a hell of a lot more complicated with the arrival of a man calling himself Dark Ember.
A Hard Rain Luka struggles to survive the consequences of his first encounter with Dark while Karasu fights a losing battle against the Void.
Loaded Guns The Guns of Phoenix makes plans to move on Templar and stop Jo's budding criminal empire.
Aftermath The attack on Templar doesn't go as planned. Karasu is captured, and Dark arrives just in time to get his hands on a wounded Luka.
The Brightest Star A final showdown between the Templar Guns and the survivors of the Jericho and Roanoke Guns. Luka and Dark settle things between them as well.
First Touch Not part of the main series. Karasu and Luka meet.
Cranes Not part of the main series. Luka plays pool with a tricky kitsune who wants his body. I wrote this story after reading an article about a teacher who encouraged her students not to use "said" as a dialog tag and gave them a list of words to use instead. I like this story in general, but I really hated using anything but said for d-tags.
